Getmany is a platform that automates sales on Upwork. We help companies and freelancers find clients faster by optimizing the process of project discovery and communication with buyers. We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong analytical mindset and growth experience to make our user onboarding as clear and engaging as possible, and to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.

Mission

Own growth and retention for Getmany.com. Increase LTV and conversion at every stage of the funnel from signup to long-term usage. Make sure every new user quickly gets the value, completes onboarding, and stays an active paying customer. Build a system for analytics, metric improvement, and revenue growth.

Objectives (First 90 Days)

0–30 days

1.  Deep dive into the product, funnel, customer segments, and current metrics (signup → trial → paid → retention).

2.  Audit onboarding and user comms (email, in-app, product tours).

3.  Set up dashboards in Mixpanel / Amplitude to track key metrics (activation, conversion, churn).

30–60 days

  1. Launch an improved onboarding that clearly shows value for different user segments.

  2. Run A/B tests on onboarding and comms (Pendo/Appcues walkthroughs, new welcome flows).

  3. Roll out a churn reduction plan with automated triggers and win-back campaigns.

60–90 days

  1. Increase trial-to-paid conversion by X% (set goal before start).

  2. Improve retention (30/60/90-day activity) with personalized comms and feature usage.

  3. Build an LTV growth plan and prep for scaling toward a serious VC round or exit.
