What we do:
Our AI-powered product processes thousands of projects daily, along with tens of thousands of user actions, payments, pushes, and outcomes. We’ve already accumulated a massive dataset that is currently barely used, but it has huge potential to drive our product, marketing, and growth forward.
That’s why we’re looking for a Data Analyst who:
- Loves digging deep into data,
- Sees stories behind the numbers,
- And wants to shape the product — not just report KPIs.
Examples of the challenges you’ll work on:
- What’s the conversion to paid subscription among users who use Boosting? What about those who don’t?
- How many users are actually paying and actively using the product daily/weekly?
- On which day of the cycle do users most often push proposals? And when do they pay?
- Retention analysis: who comes back and why?
- Building dashboards for daily activity and paying users.
- Finding correlations between feature usage and subscription renewals.
- Creating a signal system for marketing insights: when to reach out, who to engage, who’s likely lost.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of experience as a data or product analyst.
- Strong skills in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI tools (Metabase / Looker / Tableau).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot cause-and-effect relationships.
